- Go out and look at property…
- Decide if you want us to finance it, a bank to finance it, or you can always pay cash.
- It will take us at least 24 hrs. to review this.
- Get the terms (down payment, closing cost, amount financing, date of closing, date of first payment, agree on any changes to be made to the property)
- Sign a purchase contract
- Close the sale
To rent or lease
- Go look at property
- You will need to fill out a credit application (this will cost a $25 fee), bring this to our office. It will take us at least 24 hrs. to review this.
- Get the terms (deposit amount, rent amount, length of lease, date lease starts, any changes to be made to property).
- Sign a lease agreement.
- Move in!
or Make a cash offer to buy.
- Decide your best offer for the property,
- Print out and Complete this sales contract /offer to buy contract – fill in all blanks, witness, notarize, add earnest money , deliverer to seller and wait for it to be accepted. EASY
